People admit that they need to develop better reading habits but are not able as they lack time. If you need to cultivate a reading habit, there are practical ways to approach it, especially if you are drifting from your goals. However, you first need to have the desire to read and improve in the process. Approach reading like a transformational and enjoyable activity. With this mindset, you become intentional about books.

Below are some tips on how to develop a reading habit:

Read at Least 20 Pages in a Day

Set the Reading Days and Times

A thick book can make you develop a mental block. It is where you quickly flip the pages so that you finish the book. When you choose a thinner book, you have a psychological advantage since you know you need less effort to accomplish your task. Completing 150 pages book is better than going to 450 pages which you might never finish. Also, you feel better when you finish a book. It gives you more confidence to develop a reading habit.
